If the strap is not right for you, for any reason at all, you can request a full refund within sixty (60) days of receiving it.

How to request your refund

  1. Email us at contact@inolyo.fr with your order number.
  2. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and shipping instructions. Wait for those instructions before sending anything back: a package shipped to the wrong address can be lost and will delay your refund.
  3. Ship it back with a tracked service and keep your proof of shipment. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.

Your refund

We email you as soon as your return arrives. The refund goes back to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive the product or your proof of shipment, and usually within a few business days.

How fast it appears on your statement then depends on your bank. If nothing shows up after that, contact your bank first, then write to us at contact@inolyo.fr and we will check immediately.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Check your order on arrival. If the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email contact@inolyo.fr right away, with photos if you can. We replace it or refund you, and we cover every cost including return shipping. You pay nothing.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, email contact@inolyo.fr and we arrange it with you. If you want the new item faster, you can also place a new order right away and request a refund on the first one using the steps above.
