Your Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without charge and without reason.

How to Cancel Your Purchase

The process involves two steps:

  1. Identify Your Order — complete the form below with your order number and the email used during the purchase.
  2. Confirm Your Withdrawal — validate your request. You will then receive an email acknowledgment of receipt, dated and timestamped.

After receiving your request, we will inform you of the return procedure. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain products cannot be subject to withdrawal, including:

  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • hygiene or health products unsealed after delivery;
  • perishable products.

Withdrawal functionality made available in application of Article L221-21 of the Consumer Code (Ordinance No. 2026-2 and Decree No. 2026-3 of January 5, 2026).
