1. Preparation — 2 working days

Your order is checked and prepared. You will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping — your tracking number arrives

As soon as the package leaves, you will receive a tracking link by email. You know where it is at all times.

3. Delivery — 8 to 12 working days

Home delivery in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Canada.

Delivery fees depend on the country and the amount of your order: the exact amount is displayed before payment validation, with no surprises upon receipt.

For Switzerland and Canada, customs duties are covered by Inolyo: you have nothing to pay upon delivery.

60 days to change your mind

Is the strap not suitable for you? You will be fully refunded within 60 days, without having to justify yourself.

No original packaging needed. Promotional orders are covered like any other.

To benefit from this: email contact@inolyo.fr with your order number. We will send you the return address within 48 working hours, and the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt — usually much sooner.

Email us at contact@inolyo.fr with your order number. We will track your package and tell you its status. If it's lost, we'll send you a new package or refund you — it's your choice.

Notify us with your order number: we will send you the second one. No questions asked.

The product is damaged or does not match the description

Replacement or refund, return costs at our expense. You pay nothing.

You want to modify or cancel your order

Email us as soon as possible: as long as the package hasn't been dispatched, we can correct the address or cancel.
